Award Certificates It is simple to receive one of our great looking wall certificates to honor your catch. If you catch any good quality fish with an Eye Catcher Lure you are eligible. Also, any fish of any size caught by a "junior" angler is eligible for a certificate. If you are unable to have the fish weighed, we'll accept your estimated weight for the certificate. If you own the lure or boat and one of your shipmates catches a qualifying fish with your Eye Catcher Lure, you both are eligible for the wall certificates simply by asking. If you happen to have taken some pictures, please include them with your application. Any pictures you might have, even if it is just your boat, will look great when they are added onto your certificate.

If there is any doubt in your mind about asking for a certificate, please don't hesitate for a moment. I strongly encourage recognizing your efforts with these certificates. You and your friends will be able to look at them anytime. Certificate applications can be by email or fax (please call me for my fax number). If you have applied by phone, sometimes I can get busy and forget. If you haven't received one that you have asked for, please be sure to remind me that you would like to receive the certificate(s) for your catch.

Please include the following info for your certificate:

1. Species
2. Weight or approximate weight
3. Date of catch
4. Angler's name
5. Owner of the Eye Catcher lure
6. Boat name
7. Remember, if you have a picture it can also be added to the certificates
