The Weed Runner has a new "Hybrid" head and a very full straight mylar skirt. The Eye Catcher Hybrid acrylic head is designed to increased the activity of the lure and shed unwanted weeds. A great method with these is to rig them with light leader and a smaller hook that will be covered by the skirt. Fishing a ballyhoo with these isn't even necessary. Their tremendous flash and popping just scream fleeing prey as the rip across the water. Just add enough egg sinker under the skirt for the speed that you'll be running.
